The COHRICE project meeting was held online on April 6, 2022, hosted by the University of Pécs. The meeting covered administrative updates, project progress, and key challenges.
The session began with an administrative overview, emphasizing timely submission of timesheets and financial documentation. The project timeline was confirmed to align with the GANTT chart, and partners were reminded of the importance of regular communication.
Each partner institution then provided updates on deliverables. The University of Pécs reported progress on genetic counseling and prenatal care materials. The Medical University of Vienna presented work on infertility challenges and advanced reproductive technologies, while UMFST Târgu Mureș highlighted efforts on minority group care and infectious diseases. Preliminary drafts were shared for feedback.
To address challenges, partners agreed to use shared platforms like Google Drive to streamline translation tasks. Concerns about dissemination delays due to the pandemic led to proposals for virtual engagement strategies, such as webinars and social media campaigns.
Key decisions included organizing at least one virtual dissemination event per partner in the next quarter and scheduling a follow-up meeting for September 2022 to review progress.
The meeting closed with a reminder to maintain communication and adhere to project milestones to ensure success.
