The COHRICE Transnational Project Meeting was held on April 19, 2024, at the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology in Târgu Mureș, Romania. The meeting focused on evaluating progress, addressing translation and dissemination tasks, and planning pilot sessions to finalize the project’s outputs.

Participants reviewed completed deliverables, with presentations highlighting the methodologies and collaborative efforts behind the professional materials. Tasks were outlined to ensure readiness for upcoming activities, including a student feedback survey for the Romanian pilot teaching and the completion of Romanian translations by April 30, 2024. Missing project documents were also scheduled for distribution to partners by April 25, 2024, ensuring all institutions were aligned.

The second round of pilot teaching in Vienna was planned for late April and May, aimed at refining the curriculum based on participant feedback. To enhance dissemination efforts, partners committed to creating 2-minute introductory videos for all 14 topics, featuring subtitles in four languages. These videos will serve as key tools for engaging broader audiences and showcasing the project’s content.

Additionally, ongoing communication with stakeholders was emphasized as critical to maintaining transparency and engagement as the project nears its conclusion.

The meeting reaffirmed the consortium’s commitment to quality, adherence to deadlines, and the successful completion of the project’s final phases.
