The COHRICE online meeting on September 16, 2024, focused on preparations for the final project meeting and Multiplier Event in Vienna, finalizing deliverables, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
The final meeting and Multiplier Event were scheduled for October 2024 in Vienna, with participants from all partner institutions and invited stakeholders. Objectives included reviewing the project’s achievements, completing the final report, and identifying opportunities to sustain outcomes. The Multiplier Event will showcase the project’s materials, including e-learning modules, teacher guides, and supplementary videos, and gather feedback to validate outputs.
Partners committed to finalizing translations in Hungarian, Romanian, and German and uploading them to the e-platform by October 1, 2024. Dissemination strategies were discussed, emphasizing outreach to healthcare associations, academic institutions, and policymakers through invitations, press releases, and social media campaigns.
The meeting reinforced collaboration among partners and highlighted the project’s impact on reproductive medicine education as it approaches completion.
