The COHRICE final project meeting was held on October 3–5, 2024, at the Medical University of Vienna. This event marked the culmination of the project, bringing together partners, medical professionals, and stakeholders to review outcomes, discuss future opportunities, and celebrate the project’s achievements.

The meeting opened with a Multiplier Event, where the COHRICE team presented the project’s key results to an audience of medical professionals, educators, and students. Presentations emphasized the transformative impact of the curriculum on reproductive medicine education, particularly in addressing challenges in a changing European context.

During the second day, project management updates confirmed adherence to the budget and timeline. Each partner institution shared their accomplishments. MUV highlighted the integration of German-translated materials and an app for visually impaired users, while UP detailed the success of Hungarian translations and pilot teaching sessions. UMFST focused on the completion of Romanian translations and the strong response to dissemination activities, including media coverage.

The final day centered on completing deliverables and planning next steps. Partners verified that all project indicators had been met, including translations in four languages, pilot teaching participation targets, and the production of supplementary materials. They also confirmed that the e-learning platform was fully operational, housing all 14 professional topics along with supplementary videos and tools.

The meeting concluded with a forward-looking discussion on COHRICE II, a proposed follow-up project addressing new topics such as AI in medicine, sustainability, and fertility preservation. Plans were set for the final report, due by December 31, 2024, while partners committed to sustaining the e-learning platform and integrating the COHRICE curriculum into their institutions’ programs.

The meeting highlighted the project’s far-reaching impact on reproductive medicine education and set the stage for continued innovation in the field.
