Kick-off meeting_Pecs_TPM1

The COHRICE kick-off meeting was held online on December 9–10, 2021, organized by the University of Pécs (UP). The meeting established the foundation for the project, focusing on administrative arrangements, curriculum development, and plans for implementation.

The first day began with introductions, where each partner university presented its institutional background and expertise. Administrative updates followed, including details on contracting and funding. The partnership agreement was to be finalized by January 31, 2022, enabling the release of the first grant installment. Tools for project documentation and communication, such as Google Drive and Teams, were discussed to ensure smooth collaboration. Emphasis was placed on fulfilling performance indicators and maintaining accurate documentation.

The second day focused on curriculum development for PR1 and PR2. Topics were allocated among the partners, addressing issues such as prepregnancy care in minority groups, advances in reproductive medicine, and prenatal screening methods. Responsibilities for two topics were exchanged between partners to better align with expertise. A draft of the first lesson was scheduled for completion by January 31, 2022, to serve as a template for subsequent materials.

The meeting also explored potential e-learning platforms, with the decision on the final system deferred to the next project meeting. Plans for the next steps included an online meeting in early 2022 to address any emerging issues and a tentative in-person meeting in April 2022, contingent on the COVID-19 situation.

This kick-off meeting successfully set the stage for the COHRICE project, defining roles, establishing priorities, and ensuring alignment on key deliverables.
