The COHRICE Transnational Project Meeting was held on May 9–10, 2022, at the Szentágothai Research Centre, University of Pécs. The meeting focused on project updates, curriculum development, and administrative issues.

The session began with a presentation on the Obstetrics Clinic in Pécs, followed by a discussion of professional materials. Guidelines for curriculum preparation were established, including requirements for syllabi, slide presentations, and document formatting. At least two topics were to be developed by the next meeting, with a sample Teacher’s Guide prepared by October 2022.

Regarding the learning management system, partners confirmed Moodle as the platform due to its open-source nature and partner expertise. Course formats were outlined to include 12–14 sessions for each program, featuring slides with voiceovers, interactive graphics, case studies, and quizzes. Budget limitations excluded video production.

Administrative tasks, such as timesheets, formal agreements, and meeting indicators, were reviewed. The need for a project website was debated, but it was ultimately reaffirmed as a requirement alongside the e-platform.

Key Decisions and Next Steps:

• Finalized materials will include a Word document, PDF, and PPT, with branding elements added.

• Partners will develop introductory slides to explain the relevance of the courses.

• A written agreement will be established with all contributors.

• Two topics and a sample Teacher’s Guide will be prepared by October 2022.

• The next in-person meeting is planned for October 2022 in Târgu Mureș, with an interim online meeting recommended for progress updates.

This meeting clarified project requirements and streamlined the roadmap for upcoming tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals.
